She has told me I am that of the passionate walnut tree. I always assumed myself to be that of the yew. Yet she is essentially the weeping willow, as I have often seen. I would have liked to have met her as a seedling, so fragile, so small. I am her protector now, forever, I shall be.

I have been studying the history of alchemy recently. The Egyptians were the first. They have a keen eye for gold and it's uses. I would have been an enbalmer, had I lived in ancient Egypt. Such a fascinating society it was, it almost makes our pale in comparison.
